Dribla Oy – Terms of delivery

Customers ordering from the online shop must be 18 years of age, and must be individuals of full legal age. A minor can also order from the online store with the consent of a guardian.

Delivery time estimate

Depending on the product, orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days of receipt. If the product is not available within the estimated delivery time, we will contact the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes outside our sphere of influence. A binding sales contract will enter into force once the order is logged in our online ordering system. The estimated delivery time for pre-ordered products is indicated on the product page. If there are any changes to the delivery time, we will inform you separately.

Data protection

Customer data is stored in our customer register, where it is used to maintain and manage the customer relationship. We are entitled to process the data in the register for legitimate purposes (such as direct marketing) in accordance with the Personal Data Act (523/99).

Products and product prices

The prices of the products are shown in the product presentations. Our products include VAT. The VAT breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and on the order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include transport.

Payment

The e-commerce payment provider is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and the statement and invoice show Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy as the payee. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant. The payment is secure as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the information about the payment transaction.

A transaction is created between an e-commerce customer and an online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods

Through Visma Pay, you can pay with your online banking ID, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or instalment. The following payment methods are available.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment cannot be debited from the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online shop.

Flexible bill and instalment is a domestic service that lets you make your purchases quickly and securely. Flexusto is for individuals who have a good record of managing their finances. With Flexusto, you get 30 days interest-free and free of charge. Once you receive your bill, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments. With instalments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting from €9.90/month. Flexible instalments cost €3.90/month and carry a credit interest rate of 19.90%. Delivery charge

Our packaging and delivery costs depend on the delivery method chosen and are automatically added to the total amount of the order.

Delivery methods and fees

We will dispatch the ordered products by the chosen delivery method as soon as possible, but no later than seven working days after receipt of the order. Pre-ordered products will be dispatched within three working days of arrival (delivery time estimate for each product). If any of the goods ordered are out of stock, we will contact the customer. Delivery in Finland: pick-up from the Post Office of your choice, pick-up from a Post Office parcel machine, home delivery by Post, pick-up from a Matkahuolto station, parcel machine or agency, Matkahuolto home delivery and pick-up from our production facilities in Mikkeli, Sammonkatu 4, 50130 Mikkeli. Delivery fee includes packaging and delivery costs

The delivery fee for advance sales is included in the price. In the future, we will deliver packages via Matkahuolto and Post.

Right to return the product

All products have a full 14-day right of return from the day the product is received by the customer. The returned product and its packaging must be unused and unaltered. If you wish to exercise your right of return, please send an email to kauppa@dribla.fi. Returns for all domestic orders are free of charge according to the delivery method of your choice. For a refund, please provide your account number.

Correction of product defects and right of exchange

We always strive to ensure that every product is of high quality, as described, and in all respects neat and tidy. If the product delivered is defective, a written notice of defects must be submitted to us at kauppa@dribla.fi. At the same time, please let us know whether the product will be returned or replaced. For a refund, an account number must be provided. If a replacement for the defective product is desired, we will send the new product as soon as the defective product has been returned to us and inspected. Please note that customer return shipments take longer to reach the post office than normal mail, sometimes more than a week. You will receive an acknowledgement email when we have received your return and the return is being processed. The new product will again be dispatched from us promptly and as a normal parcel.

Pre-ordered products are not exchangeable, as only the quantity corresponding to the pre-order is ordered. In case of product returns, we will display the available products in the online shop.

Failure to redeem a product

The return of a product without notice or failure to redeem the package does not constitute a cancellation under consumer protection law. We will keep returned packages for 14 days after they arrive back at Dreibla Oy. If, despite the return, you wish to have the order re-sent, we will charge a separate €10.00 return shipping fee, which will be invoiced in advance to your e-mail address. The parcel will be forwarded to the carrier once payment has been received.
